Connect a Meta WhatsApp Business account to send an approved template after a lead has explicitly opted in.

Connect the account

Enter the required Meta identifiers and access token in workspace settings, then select an approved template and language for the funnel.

Consent and delivery

Template sends require a stored WhatsApp opt-in. Message, delivery, read, error and inbound states appear in the lead activity.

Beyond one message (from Pro)

Create multi-step WhatsApp sequences and reply in the two-way lead chat. Free-text replies are limited to Meta’s 24-hour customer-service window; use a template to re-engage outside it.
