Disconnected tools
Ad account, funnel and lead list operate separately. Nobody connects spend to the leads it actually generated.
Soon you will manage Google and Meta campaigns directly in Swiftfunnel with campaign chat, recommendations for budgets, pauses and keywords, and new Google campaigns that always remain paused until approved.

The problem today
Most campaigns operate separately from the funnel that produces the actual results.
Ad account, funnel and lead list operate separately. Nobody connects spend to the leads it actually generated.
Building creative, adjusting budgets and compiling reports takes hours each week that should go into the next funnel.
Without constant monitoring, weak campaigns keep running for days before anyone notices wasted spend.
The solution
Built on the same Claude technology used to create your funnels: it identifies weak keywords and budgets, proposes new Google campaigns in a paused state and only acts automatically when you explicitly enable autopilot for an account.
Ask about spend, clicks and conversions across Google and Meta and receive improvement ideas in plain language, including from Claude Desktop or ChatGPT.
A rules engine identifies weak keywords, ads and budgets. By default every recommendation needs one click, or you explicitly enable autopilot per account.
New search campaigns with keywords, ad copy and sitelinks are proposed in a fully paused state. Nothing goes live without your explicit approval.
A report shows spend without conversions, while Slack or Teams messages summarise new findings after each sync.
New campaigns, larger budget changes and pauses never happen automatically unless you explicitly enable autopilot.
Spend and real funnel leads appear in the same view rather than a second isolated ad-account dashboard.
How it will work
Connect Google and Meta Ads through OAuth; TikTok and LinkedIn are planned. Your ad spend remains in your own account.
Weak keywords, ads and budgets appear as proposals in the dashboard and can optionally be applied automatically.
State your goal and budget in chat, review the completed paused campaign and approve it with one click.
Spend and leads appear in the same analytics view as the rest of your funnel.
A clear objective
More leads or a lower cost per lead: you set the direction.
Your own budget
Ad accounts and payments remain with your own Google or Meta account.
Full control
Every campaign and every budget change requires your explicit approval.
Frequently asked questions
It is currently planned for Agency and available to Enterprise by individual agreement. The exact scope will only be final when the feature launches.
No. Your ad budget remains in your own Google or Meta account. Swiftfunnel manages campaigns but never charges third-party advertising spend.
Not generally. The feature is currently in internal beta and is not yet available to all customers. Register your interest to hear when it launches.
For many independent professionals and small teams it handles routine campaign maintenance. If you already work with an agency, it is an additional tool for quick approvals and reporting—not a replacement for strategic advice.
