Approval separates building from the final go-live decision and keeps reviewer feedback attached to the funnel.

Request approval

Mark a draft as awaiting review and add context for the reviewer. Continue editing only when you intentionally want to invalidate the pending review.

An authorised teammate can approve the version or request changes with a reason. The funnel header always shows the current status.

Approval does not silently publish. Use the explicit publishing action after the review is complete.
