Create sequence steps

Choose WhatsApp or email in funnel Apps, select a trigger, add the delay and configure a template or email subject and body. Each funnel supports up to ten steps per channel.

Five triggers

• New lead.
• Pipeline stage changed.
• Tag added.
• Follow-up becomes due.
• Deal marked won or lost.

Consent and replies

WhatsApp sequence enrolment requires opt-in; operational email follow-up to an enquiry does not use a separate WhatsApp-style opt-in. Free-text WhatsApp replies require an inbound message within the last 24 hours.

After a downgrade

Existing steps remain visible and can be disabled or deleted. Creating or re-enabling steps and sending free-text replies requires Pro again.
